Part 1 · The mobile apps

What stays on your device

To work, the games store information only on your device: your settings (language, theme, sound, vibration, accessibility), your progress, best times, streaks and the hints you have left. This information cannot identify you and is never sent to us or to anyone else. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Network and third parties

  • Waddlo and Hatchlo: the release apps do not even ask for Internet access. They contain no third-party service of any kind.
  • Hoglo: the iPhone/iPad app sends no data. The Android app uses Firebase Crashlytics (a Google LLC service): if the app crashes, an anonymous technical report is sent (crash trace, device model, Android and app versions, general device state, and a random installation identifier that cannot identify you). It is used only to fix bugs, never for advertising. No data is sent if the app does not crash, and you can turn it off in Settings › Privacy › “Send crash reports”.
  • Snailo: the iPhone/iPad app, if published, sends no data. The Android app uses Firebase Crashlytics in the same way as Hoglo, only if the app crashes, and you can turn it off in Settings › Anonymous crash reports. The web version sends nothing.
  • Fireflo: details will be added when the app is released.

Children

Our apps are not specifically directed at children and collect no personal data from anyone, apart from the Hoglo crash reports described above.

Who is responsible

SPARTL APPS, publisher of Cozylo, is responsible for this website. Contact: spartlapps@gmail.com.

What we process, and why

  • Hosting logs. Like any website, the server that hosts it records technical data (IP address, date and time, pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Host: Cloudflare, Inc.. Kept for limited, as set by the provider.
  • Audience statistics. We measure which pages and games are visited using a tool that sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Advertising. This site is funded by display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to show and measure ads and, only if you consent, to personalise them. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for their choice before any non-essential cookie is used. Without consent, ads are non-personalised or not shown. Legal basis: your consent.
  • Games played in your browser. The web version of a game keeps your progress in your browser’s local storage on your device. It is not sent to us.

Who receives data

Our hosting provider and Google (advertising). Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards it describes in its own policies. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (European Union, United Kingdom) you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what happened before. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (for example the CNIL in France). Under Moroccan law no. 09-08, you have rights of access, rectification and opposition, and may contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). To exercise your rights, write to spartlapps@gmail.com. Because we do not know who our visitors are, we may ask for details such as the approximate time of your visit before we can find your data.

Age

Cozylo is for all ages, but this website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
